5 cool summer desserts

We're a day away from the first official day of summer.
It's time for swimming.
Lots and lots of sun.
More swimming.
And ice cream.
Cream pies.
Pretty much anything cool and creamy (and no-bake!).
So it's more about what's on top of the creamy goodness: boozy caramel, bananas, cinnamon, pecans...spiked and so yummy.
Tom Petty Peanut Butter-Pretzel Truffles
Chilled chocolate truffles. Creamy, not-too-sweet peanut butter centers. And salty pretzels.
Totally like ice cream and super easy, dipped in chocolate and Biscoff cream (i.e. cookie butter!).
Super green and fluffy, with a bit of crunch, too. It's old-school, addictive and quick to whip up.
It's hard to pick a favorite, but this may be mine. Coffee-spiked filling, a little chocolate, covered in crunchy Heath, all in an Oreo crust.
Oh. It's good.
